
Integrated Services Engineer
Why this role matters
As an Integrated Services engineer, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations in supporting stakeholder requests via different communication channels, support onboarding processes of the new joiners and off-boarding, and collaborate with various divisions in planning and execution of projects. Besides that, you’ll be maintaining and supporting the company’s infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security across all internal systems
You will serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders who require assistance with any software which falls under our scope and assist with escalations to different teams within the company if required
The role is based in our office in Limassol, Cyprus. In case of relocation, we offer full relocation support for you and your family to make your move smooth and worry-free.
What you'll actually do
- Respond to tech inquiries via email, through online chats, over the phone, or in person were needed and maintain SLA compliance.
- Act as the first point of contact for L2 Support for issue resolution related to hardware and software.
- You’ll be responsible for managing and providing accesses as per requested by stakeholders such as access granting and recovery for internal systems, providing licenses for 3rd party solutions, etc.
- Assist in troubleshooting with any technical issues related to systems within the team’s scope.
- Document steps for any new processes and keeps guide up-to-date.
- Assist with remote / on-site setup and troubleshooting for any technical issues related to initial onboarding.
- Communicate with HR and relevant team for any issue related to these processes.
- Assist stakeholders with purchase or renewal of new 3rd party solutions.
- Provide access / licenses accordingly for stakeholders based on the request.
- Ensure access is updated accordingly within our internal registry.
- Research and provide potential external solutions based on stakeholders requirements.
- As the product owner of the MDM systems, we’re responsible for managing the system. Operations include but are not limited to: testing new policies and configuration for our endpoint, collaborating with security team for security implementation, implementing stakeholder requests such as addition of new apps, rules for endpoint, etc.
- As the system owner of VPS, we’re responsible for managing our VPS infrastructure. Operations include but not limited to: solving client’s issue with VPS, perform maintenance and upgrade, communicate with vendor and internal team on any changes or modification required for the product.
Who we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other relevant technical field.
- Certifications: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Linux (RedHat), Microsoft hardware, AWS, ITIL.
- 4+ years of professional experience in System Support field.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in desktop, laptop, and basic network support.
- 3+ years of knowledge of Mac OS, with familiarity with Windows and Linux.
- Basic Understanding of Wi-Fi technologies and OSI model principles.
- Management of MacOS, Linux, and Windows environment.
- Basic scripting knowledge (Bash, Shell, Python, Ansible) is preferred.
- Experience with managing MDM solution is preferred.
- Experience in Issue and project tracking system such as Jira.
- Experience in diagnosing connectivity and network issues.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skill.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
