Why this role matters
As a Complaints Specialist, you are responsible for handling basic dissatisfaction from clients by providing information available from resources.
The role is based in our office in Belize. In case of relocation, we offer full relocation support for you and your family to make your move smooth and worry-free.
What you'll actually do
- Reporting clients’ requests if the subject of a request is related to basic dissatisfaction.
- Provide explanation regarding client’s dissatisfaction based on resources available.
- Ensuring that all complaints are processed within a reasonable time period.
- Maintaining an updated knowledge base with up-to-date and relevant content.
Who we’re looking for
- Minimum 1 years experience in Exness
- Good analytical skill
- Attention to details
- Self-motivated and highly reliable
