As an Integrated Services engineer, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations in supporting stakeholder requests via different communication channels, support onboarding processes of the new joiners and off-boarding, and collaborate with various divisions in planning and execution of projects. Besides that, you’ll be maintaining and supporting the company’s infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security across all internal systems

You will serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders who require assistance with any software which falls under our scope and assist with escalations to different teams within the company if required. You will also be involved in multiple running projects within the company, whether it was implementation of a new solution or improvement over existing ones.

Within the team, you’ll drive initiatives, define roadmap and implementation to improve workflows within the team such as automation of tasks, and also provide guidance / mentorship for team members.

What you'll actually do

  • Provide L2 technical support for hardware and software issues via email, chat, phone, and in-person while meeting SLA requirements.
  • Serve as first escalation point for resolving complex technical incidents.
  • Manage user access lifecycle, including provisioning, recovery, and removal across internal systems.
  • Administer 3rd-party software licenses and ensure proper allocation based on stakeholder needs.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
  • Create, update, and maintain technical documentation and process guides for internal use.
  • Support onboarding processes, including remote and on-site setup and troubleshooting for new hires.
  • Collaborate with HR and stakeholders to resolve onboarding-related issues and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Own and manage MDM and VPS systems, including configuration, policy implementation, upgrades, and feature deployment.
  • Drive operational improvements through automation, process optimization, vendor coordination, and delivery of inter-departmental projects within defined scope (SOW).

Who we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA/CCNP, Linux (RedHat), AWS, ITIL, or Microsoft.
  • 5+ years experience in system support, including desktop, laptop, and network troubleshooting.
  • Strong knowledge of MacOS (advanced), with working experience in Windows and Linux environments.
  • 2+ years experience in automation tools (n8n, Ansible, or custom automation solutions).
  • Solid understanding of networking, OSI model, security technologies, and authentication methods.
  • Scripting experience in Bash, Shell, Python, or Ansible; familiar with system design and deployment concepts.
  • Experience with MDM solutions and managing mixed OS environments (MacOS, Windows, Linux).
  • Proficient in issue/project tracking tools (e.g., Jira) and diagnosing connectivity/network issues.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, leadership, and mentoring skills with high attention to detail and service quality.
