Your role at Exness:
The role is based in our Limassol office, Cyprus. In case of relocation, we offer full relocation support for you and your family to make your move smooth and worry-free.
As a Social Media Manager, you will attract and interact with targeted communities and network users to achieve superior customer engagement and intimacy and encourage website traffic and revenue by strategically deploying every aspect of the social media marketing roadmap. Social Media Managers should also have a solid understanding of how each Social Media channel works and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels for the particular region assigned to you.
You will:
- Build and execute a Social Media strategy through research, platform determination and benchmarking to increase brand awareness and drive engagement within our community.
- Research the latest trends on Social Media, as well as our competitors, on all relevant Social Media channels.
- Create, manage and share engaging content and paid campaigns that build meaningful connections and encourage targeted community members to take action.
- Identify, onboard, and manage influencers and partners within the region, ensuring strong relationships and effective collaboration to deliver brand and commercial objectives.
- Define ambitious and challenging goals, track relevant KPIs and report on our achievements on social media.
- Team up with other departments to manage company reputation, coordinate promotions, and increase reach and engagement, while supporting and, when required, leading event and on-ground activations, including social media activations during events, influencer coordination, live content coverage, and on-site execution.
- Manage allocated budgets for social media and influencer activities, ensuring efficient spend and maximum return on investment, while communicating with content creators, influencers, and partners to coordinate campaigns and track campaign ROI.
What makes you a great fit:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related field.
- 3+ years experience in a similar role, either in-house or agency side (ideally within the fintech, banking or brokerage industry).
- Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Telegram, YouTube, LinkedIn).
- Deep understanding how Social Media works from ideation to execution.
- Solid experience working with external parties; agency, influencers, content creators, forum/community websites or social media accounts.
- Strong analytical skills, understanding of social media metrics and a methodical way to increase the effectiveness of social media campaigns (know how to use social media analytics & listening tools).
- Attention to detail, copywriting skills and experience with content creation.
- Native-level Arabic and full fluency in English are required
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
