Responsibilities:

Housing Expertise:

  • Partner with relocating candidates to find suitable housing options that meet their needs and budget.
  • Research and maintain a comprehensive database of relocation resources, including property management companies, real estate agents, and temporary housing options like Airbnb & VRBO.
  • Assist candidates with navigating the housing market in different regions.

Benefits Administration:

  • Provide clear and concise explanations of our company's comprehensive benefits package to candidates and new hires.
  • Assist with the enrollment process for health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date benefits information for all recruitment materials.
  • Address employee benefit inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.

Additional Duties:

  • Stay current on industry trends in relocation and employee benefits.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement in our housing and benefits support programs.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Maintain excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the travel domain, benefits administration, or a related field. (Preferred)
  • Strong understanding of the relocation process and employee benefits landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
