This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment support, data management, lead generation, and administrative operations within a global healthcare staffing company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage incoming CVs and leads by opening and filing them appropriately.
• Conduct outbound calls to engage with potential leads.
• Assist in data entry and other data-related projects.
• Post job ads across various platforms.
• Use multiple online tools and platforms to source new leads.
• Perform various ad hoc administrative tasks to support the team.

What We're Looking For:

• Fresh graduates or post-graduates eager to learn and contribute.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, stay organized, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and other admin tools is a plus.
• A proactive, reliable, and positive attitude.
