Compliance Officer - UK Healthcare Recruiter

Job Summary: 

The UK Healthcare Compliance is responsible for independently managing and clearing candidates through the registration process, ensuring all required documentation and compliance checks are completed accurately and within the required timelines.

This role requires an experienced compliance professional who can work independently and confidently manage candidate clearances. Freshers will not be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end candidate registration and clearance process.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills, ensuring that all stakeholders are kept informed and updated at all times
• Ability to work under pressure ensuring defined timelines and compliance standards are met and maintained.
• A passion for excellence and delivery
• Review candidate documentation and ensure all mandatory compliance requirements are met.
• Identify missing, incomplete, or incorrect information and follow up for resolution.
• Independently assess and clear candidates in line with UK healthcare compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
• Ensure all registration activities are completed within agreed timelines.
• Escalate complex or exceptional compliance issues when required.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth candidate onboarding and registration.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in UK Healthcare Compliance / Registration is required.
• Must be able to independently clear candidates without extensive supervision.
• Strong understanding of healthcare compliance and registration processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and document-checking skills.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work within defined timelines and compliance standards.
• Freshers will not be considered for this position
