Healthcare Recruiter

Job Summary: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process while also overseeing bookings to ensure seamless staffing operations and exceptional service delivery to clients. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in international recruitment, with exposure to the US or UK healthcare market being highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements.
• Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate records within the ATS and other recruitment systems.

Bookings

• Manage candidate bookings and placements based on client requirements.
• Coordinate with candidates and internal teams to ensure timely shift coverage.
• Monitor booking fulfilment and proactively resolve scheduling issues.
• Ensure high levels of client and candidate satisfaction through effective communication and coordination.

Key Requirements

Essential

• Experience in International Recruitment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Preferred

• Experience in US Healthcare Recruitment or UK Healthcare Recruitment.
• Experience managing both recruitment and workforce bookings/scheduling.
