Experience Geographic: Strong and provable British experience of Registering and Maintaining: GP’s / Practice Nurses / Nurse Practitioners / Pharmacists / Paramedics / etc. – Primary Care in the British Healthcare Market

Role: Registration and Maintenance (360 Role) – non-NHS Framework.

PURPOSE

• To ensure that all candidates passing through the Registration process are of company standard and are compliant with company and client specifications and that they are maintained at this level
• To always ensure that the team supports and promotes sales, in every positive way possible.
• To ensure that department is always efficient and diligent, providing support in an ever-changing sales platform.
• To ensure effective communication between and between teams, regularly briefing staff on operational / compliance / registrations developments and encouraging their involvement in the team and company’s business plan.
• To ensure all current company procedures and codes of practice are adhered to, both within the letter and spirit of them.
• Candidate Onboarding & maintenance: Reviewing candidate files, performing updates and checks to ensure enhanced due diligence

Must of experience of: 

• GMC / HCPC/ NMC and GPHC checking and Registration
• National Performers lists
• HPAN
• Indemnity Insurances
• DBS processes and checking
• Reference Gathering
• Setting Training
• Fast passed environment and multitasking

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting and advising stakeholders.
