Job Title: Recruitment Consultant (UK Healthcare Recruiter)
Location: Gurugram, IN
Working Days: Mon-Fri (12:30PM-9PM IST)
Work Model: On-site only. Remote or work-from-home arrangements are not available for this position.

Job Summary: 

The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and onboarding clinicians for UK primary care clients. The role involves candidate sourcing through LinkedIn and our database, conducting outreach, managing compliance and documentation, and supporting the end-to-end candidate journey. This is an on-site, candidate-facing role requiring strong communication skills and prior recruitment experience, with healthcare recruitment experience being an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process on the candidate side, including:
• Sourcing clinicians through LinkedIn and the Eclipse database.
• Conducting outreach via calls and emails.
• Managing candidate compliance and documentation.
• Supporting the onboarding process for new clinicians.
• This is a candidate-facing role only and does not involve direct client management.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Prior recruitment experience or sales/target oriented experience is mandatory.
• Healthcare recruitment experience is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
• Candidates must be comfortable working UK shifts and from the office.
• A maximum notice period of one month. Candidates serving a two-month notice period will not be considered.
