Job Title: Booking Consultant, Greenstaff Medical.

Location: Gurugram, India

Job Summary: To develop and grow both relationships and revenue within the region ensuring 
that we continue to further our mission of Improving Patient Care. With a full understanding of 
the role and the business, grow the region in line with company targets with a high level of 
customer service.

Responsibilities: -

Sales & Client Service Delivery
• Client-Facing Sales and Relationship Management
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
o Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their 
requirements.
o Service calling all clients to understand the demand and staffing they need

• Day-to-day Sales Operations
o Perform the daily sales activities, including calls to candidates and clients to book 
the day to day shifts for the nurses.
o Ensure excellent customer service and alignment between sales and client 
service delivery.

• Accountability for Hours Booked
o Booking the target hours on a day-to-day basis.

• KPI Support Delivery
o Perform the sales activities like hours booked, and call numbers.
o Ensure KPIs are met and aligned with company goals.
Operations Management

• Adoption and Utilization of Processes and Systems
o Usage of ICG Medical’s processes and systems for effective sales management.

• Building Relationships with Stakeholders
o Establish and maintain strong relationships with the stakeholders.

Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal communication and writing skills are a must.
• Candidate must be a graduate.
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Candidates with a minimum of 1 Year of International Voice Process/International 

Customer Service or Sales experience.
• Strong sales and client relationship management skills.
• The candidate must be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
