Resourcing Consultant

Job Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Job Summary: To develop and grow both relationships and revenue within the region ensuring that we continue to further our mission of Improving Patient Care. With a full understanding of the role and the business, grow the region in line with company targets whilst delivering a timely & robust recruitment service to both candidates & clients alike with a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities:

1. Candidate Sourcing

  • Identify and attract suitable healthcare professionals through job boards, databases, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Search CV databases and maintain talent pipelines.
  • Proactively approach passive candidates for current and future vacancies.

2. Candidate Screening and Assessment

  • Conduct initial telephone and video screenings.
  • Assess candidates' qualifications, experience, availability, and suitability for roles.
  • Verify work history and discuss career aspirations.

3. Compliance and Documentation

  • Collect and review required documents, including:
    • Right-to-work documentation
    • Professional registrations (e.g., with the Nursing and Midwifery Council)
    • DBS checks
    • References
    • Training certificates and immunization records (where required)
  • Ensure candidates meet healthcare sector compliance standards.

4. Candidate Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Keep regular contact regarding job opportunities and assignments.
  • Provide support throughout the recruitment process.

5. Interview Coordination

  • Arrange interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Confirm interview schedules and provide necessary information.
  • Gather feedback from both candidates and hiring managers.

6. Database Management

  • Update and maintain accurate candidate records within the recruitment CRM/ATS.
  • Track candidate progress throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Ensure data is stored in compliance with UK data protection requirements.

7. Vacancy Management Support

  • Work closely with recruiters or recruitment consultants to understand client requirements.
  • Match suitable candidates to open vacancies.
  • Assist in filling urgent staffing requirements.

8. Recruitment Administration

  • Prepare candidate profiles and submission documents.
  • Issue onboarding paperwork.
  • Monitor compliance deadlines and document renewals.

9. Market Research

  • Monitor healthcare recruitment trends and candidate availability.
  • Understand pay rates, shortages, and regional workforce demands.
  • Support recruitment strategies based on market insights.

10. KPI and Performance Management

Typical targets may include:

  • Number of candidate registrations.
  • Candidate submissions.
  • Interviews arranged.
  • Placements made.
  • Compliance completion rates.
  • Database activity and candidate engagement metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal communication and writing skills are a must.
  • Committed to a high level of service delivery for clients and candidates.
  • A graduate or undergraduate degree is required.
  • Candidates must be comfortable working US shifts and from the office.
