If you are a detail-oriented, quick-executing finance professional who thrives on precision, process improvement, and bringing structure to fast-growing tech environments, your place is with us! You’ll join our growing Finance team and report directly to the VP Finance, playing a key role in driving Guidde’s financial operations and strategy.

How will your day-to-day look?

• Lead the full financial close process – Own monthly, quarterly, and annual closing cycles across global subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy from revenue recognition to bottom line.
• Oversee core financial operations – Manage accounting, payroll, tax, and treasury activities across all entities.
• Drive process excellence and automation – Implement improvements and leverage AI to enhance data accuracy, accelerate closing, and streamline systems.
• Collaborate with auditors and tax advisors – Support audits and prepare tax returns for multiple jurisdictions.
• Monitor and analyze company financials – Deliver actionable insights and reports for management, investors, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance and best practices – Uphold accounting standards, company policies, and financial governance.

What you’ll need to thrive in this role?

• CPA with Big 4 experience – Solid foundation in audit or finance, ideally with a technology or SaaS company.
• 3+ years post-internship experience – Proven track record managing complex financial processes in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Expertise in US-GAAP – Deep understanding of accounting principles and their practical application.
• Advanced proficiency in Netsuite and Excel – Confident with systems, reporting, and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills – Meticulous attention to detail and data-driven mindset.
• High independence and ownership – Capable of prioritizing, executing, and delivering results under tight deadlines.

• Experience working in a global, multi-entity environment
• Native-level English proficiency
