What will you do?
- Build the Engine: Architect and implement all SDR processes, workflows, and multi-channel cadences (email, LinkedIn, phone) from the ground up.
- Lead by Example: Conduct hands-on prospecting, converting product users to enterprise leads and turning demo requests into high-quality meetings.
- Scale the Roster: Hire, onboard, and grow a high-performing SDR team, providing daily mentoring and performance monitoring to ensure pipeline goals are met.
- Connect the Dots: Act as the critical bridge between Marketing and Sales, ensuring seamless lead handoff and feedback loops to optimize campaign quality.
- Master the Stack: Establish and manage our sales tech stack, ensuring all tools and systems are optimized for maximum efficiency and scale.
- Leverage AI: Integrate Generative AI and the newest sales development technologies into the team’s workflow to personalize outreach and increase volume at scale.
What will you need to have?
- Proven SDR Track Record: 3+ years of experience as an SDR/BDR in a B2B SaaS environment, with a history of consistently exceeding pipeline targets.
- Leadership Experience: At least 1 year of experience leading or mentoring a team, with a passion for coaching and developing sales talent.
- Builder Mindset: Direct experience building sales playbooks, scripts, and outreach cadences from scratch—you don't need a manual, you write it.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong understanding of the "Product-Led Growth" to "Enterprise" funnel and how to move users through the buyer journey.
- Tech Mastery: High proficiency with modern CRM and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, Outreach, Apollo) and a passion for AI tools.
- Grit and Adaptability: A startup-ready attitude with the ability to pivot quickly, take initiative, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.

- We offer for this position a salary range of $100,000 OTE - $120,000 OTE
