This is a hybrid role based in our amazing NYC office, combining the energy of in-person collaboration with the flexibility to do your best work.

What will you Do?
- Own global GTM talent strategy - design and execute talent acquisition for Sales and Customer Success roles across NYC and Israel, ensuring we attract exceptional GTM talent worldwide
- Partner with executive leadership - collaborate closely with US executive team and global leaders to understand business strategy and translate it into talent priorities
- Build strategic talent intelligence - develop deep market insights on GTM talent landscape, competitive positioning, and what makes top performers choose early-stage companies
- Shape exceptional culture - serve as founding member of global HR team, building talent practices and experiences that attract and retain world-class people
- Design scalable talent systems - create frameworks and processes that enable predictable, high-quality hiring as we scale across markets
- Drive talent brand and positioning - elevate Guidde's presence in the GTM talent market, making us the destination for ambitious sales and CS professionals
What You'll Need to Thrive in?
- 5+ years of strategic talent acquisition experience - proven track record building and scaling GTM organizations in high-growth SaaS or startup environments
- Executive partnership - ability to work with leadership level, understand business strategy, and translate it into talent strategy and execution
- Global talent perspective - experience hiring across multiple markets and understanding cultural nuances in talent acquisition
- Strategic thinking and systems design - focus on building frameworks, processes, and long-term approaches rather than transactional hiring
- Culture architect mindset - passion for building exceptional workplace cultures and talent experiences from the ground up
- Market intelligence expertise - deep understanding of GTM talent landscape, competitive dynamics, and what drives top talent decisions
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience as a founding HR/TA team member at early-stage startups (Series B/C)
- Background building talent acquisition functions from scratch across multiple geographies
- Track record elevating employer brand and talent market positioning

- We offer for this position a salary range of $100,000 OTE - $150,000 OTE
