How will your day-to-day look?
- Own the partnerships strategy - Lead the strategy, execution, and growth of new and existing partnerships end-to-end
- Develop high-impact relationships - Identify and onboard partners that can accelerate Guidde’s expansion into new markets
- Manage partner pipelines - Run leads and deals with partners, ensuring clear ownership, momentum, and follow-through
- Hit partner revenue targets - Own partner sales goals and drive consistent results against agreed targets
- Track and optimize performance - Monitor partnership performance, identify issues early, and implement practical solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally - Work closely with Marketing, BizOps, Data, and Product to support partner success
What will you need to have?
- SaaS partnerships or sales experience - 2+ years in SaaS partner management or sales roles
- Channel exposure - Experience working with channel partners or resellers (strong advantage)
- Proven sales track record - Demonstrated ability to close deals and deliver against targets
- Strong planning skills - Experience with account planning, quota ownership, and pipeline management
- End-to-end ownership mindset - Ability to take projects from idea to execution independently
- Excellent communication skills - Strong relationship-builder with clear verbal and written English
