What will you do?
- Own and expand your book — Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, identify growth opportunities, and close expansion deals by deeply understanding customer goals and internal dynamics
- Close new enterprise business — Convert product usage and inbound interest into executive alignment, maintaining discipline across qualification, deal progression, and closing
- Navigate complex stakeholder environments — Build relationships across users, champions, economic buyers, and executives at organizations with 3,000+ employees, including security, legal, and procurement processes
- Partner cross-functionally — Work closely with Customer Success, Product, Sales Ops, and Leadership to drive adoption, long-term success, and coordinated account strategy
- Operate in PLG-influenced deals — Bridge the gap between product users and economic buyers, turning grassroots adoption into structured commercial agreements
- Maintain pipeline and forecast discipline — Track expansion and new logo opportunities clearly, forecast accurately across both motions, and balance short-term revenue with long-term account health
What will you need to have?
- Enterprise SaaS experience — 4–6+ years selling B2B SaaS into Mid-Market and Enterprise and a strong track record of account expansion and long-term relationship management
- Complex deal experience — Proven ability to close deals involving multiple stakeholders, legal, security, and procurement processes
- PLG motion familiarity — Comfort navigating environments where users and economic buyers differ, converting adoption into structured commercial outcomes
- Autonomy and judgment — Strong ability to operate independently, prioritize thoughtfully, and manage a varied portfolio without micromanagement
- Communication and collaboration — Clear, direct communicator who works well across Customer Success, Product, and Sales functions and earns trust as a reliable partner
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience in a hybrid AM / AE or full-cycle revenue role
- Background at a scaling SaaS company during a period of significant growth
- Experience managing accounts in the 2,000–10,000+ employee range

- The salary range for this position is $200,000 OTE - $250,000 OTE + equity and benefits.
