BI & Data Analyst

Analyze traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance across regions, sources, and products;

Identify channels, creatives, and funnels that deliver the best results;

Build and automate reporting in Tableau, SQL, and Google Sheets, from daily dashboards to monthly summaries;

Optimize data collection processes and minimize manual work;

Work with data from multiple sources: validate, clean, and prepare it for analysis;

Formulate hypotheses, test ideas, and suggest improvements for marketing, acquisition, and product teams;
-
Translate complex data into clear visuals and actionable insights to help teams scale successful approaches.
We need your professional experience:
-
2+ years of experience in BI or product analytics (B2C / acquisition);
-
Be proficient in SQL, Tableau, Google Sheets / Excel (pivots, formulas, data structuring);
-
Have experience working with large datasets and building reports from scratch;
-
Demonstrate skills in data validation, process automation, and business metric structuring;
-
Collaborate effectively with Marketing, PM, BI, and Media Buyers;
-
Have Intermediate English or higher (some teams operate fully in English);
-
(Nice to have) Experience in digital marketing or acquisition analytics.
