About your key responsibilities and impact:
- Building and managing the migration process for employees and B2B contractors in Poland, ensuring smooth relocation offers and process support;
- Managing full HR administration (preparation of documents regarding hiring, termination, vacations, etc, contract extensions, maintenance, and updating the HR database for Polish employees and B2B contractors);
- Supporting the transition to B2B models and Polish sole proprietorships (JDG): assisting with business registration, selecting PKD codes, opening bank accounts, etc;
- Monitoring labor law updates and migration law and regulation updates, and ensuring compliance of internal processes with legal regulations, continuously improving them;
- Organizing and managing occupational health and safety processes;
- Providing accurate payroll input data for salary calculations;
- Preparing analytical reports for management upon request;
- Building and maintaining relationships with immigration consultants and forming a database of service providers.
Essential professional experience:
- Deep understanding and proven experience in handling migration processes in Poland;
- Basic knowledge of Polish labor law with readiness to dive deeper into legal regulations;
- Ability to calculate tax burdens and a basic understanding of Polish taxation;
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with numbers and large data sets;
- Upper-intermediate or fluent English and Polish; Ukrainian is a must;
- Proficient communication skills and ability to build trusting relationships;
- Confidence in presenting ideas and projects clearly and persuasively.
