About your key responsibilities and impact:
- Providing general office support (including supervising cleaning, housekeeping, floral arrangements, minor repairs, and other services);
- Ordering food and snacks, office paper and stationery, and other household goods for office needs;
- Purchasing goods and services for the office;
- Maintaining the supplier contact database;
- Managing payments for location-related expenses in Yerevan (including timely booking in 1C and payment control);
- Preparing and controlling the office admin budget;
- Administering all HR-related payments in 1C;
- Providing ad-hoc support with general administration and HR budget preparations;
- Arranging small office events and outdoor activities for the Yerevan team;
- Supporting the arrangement of all GR8 corporate events in Yerevan, in coordination with the Talent department;
- Monitoring satisfaction levels for events in Yerevan by sending feedback surveys and preparing reports based on the results;
- Maintaining a verified contact base of event companies in Yerevan;
- Controlling event budget utilization;
- Supporting the Talent Team with occasional people-related tasks in Yerevan (e.g., delivering presents, storing and managing merchandise).
Essential professional experience:
- Upper-Intermediate level of English;
- 2+ years of experience as an office manager or similar role;
- Experience in communicating with stakeholders;
- Familiarity with 1C and HiBob programs;
- Experience in supporting and arranging events;
- Strong organizational and communication skills;
- Proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving;
- Experience in budgeting, accounting or financial control is a strong plus;
- Strong Excel skills, good understanding of numbers.
