Why this role exists:
This role exists to lead GR8 Tech’s business development in the LATAM iGaming market. You’ll grow client relationships, drive new business, and ensure market expansion while providing insights on products, marketing, and regulatory changes.
What you’ll drive:
Client relationships & consultative sales
- Develop and nurture senior management-level relationships with potential clients.
- Understand client business strategy and define requirements to sell products in a consultative manner.
- Become the product expert across GR8 Tech’s range of solutions.
Business development & pipeline management
- Identify new business targets through research, existing relationships, and targeted outbound reach.
- Create and manage the sales pipeline with the sales team.
- Deliver elevator pitches and presentations to secure new business.
Market growth & representation
- Grow GR8 Tech’s presence in predetermined jurisdictions.
- Provide feedback on products, marketing, and regulatory changes.
- Represent the company at trade shows, events, and conferences as required.
What makes you a GR8 fit
Must-have
- Fluency in English.
- Knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese.
- Significant experience in iGaming B2B sales.
- Commercially minded and driven by financial performance.
- In-depth knowledge of Sports, Casino, Slots, and live casino products and legislation.
- Strong communication skills and a system mindset.
- Comfortable working remotely and self-motivated.
- Ability to embrace working in a rapidly expanding dynamic start-up environment.
