The Senior Account Manager role involves developing positive and profitable business relationships with key clients by establishing transparent workflows, solving operational and marketing challenges, and creating new growth opportunities to ensure long-term business success and mutual benefit.

About your key responsibilities and impact:

  • Developing existing and new client partnerships, ensuring mutual value and long-term cooperation;
  • Understanding client objectives, metrics, and structures to address business challenges;
  • Representing client interests internally, highlighting risks and opportunities;
  • Building growth strategies and optimizing ROI across GR8 Tech product lines;
  • Contributing ideas and feedback to improve the platform, products, and services;
  • Supporting onboarding of new clients and presenting product updates and roadmaps;
  • Conducting regular business reviews, performance evaluations, and satisfaction surveys;
  • Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and documenting them in CRM;
  • Resolving commercial and operational issues in a timely and efficient manner;
  • Maintaining proactive communication on issue status and progress;
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Product, CRM, and Development teams;
  • Participating in industry events and conferences to engage clients and expand market knowledge.

Essential professional experience:

  • 3+ years in iGaming, managing client relationships and key accounts;
  • Understanding of SDLC and software release processes;
  • Knowledge of market trends and client platforms in iGaming;
  • Effective at developing and defending commercial proposals;
  • Senior-level CRM and BI tool usage;
  • Advanced MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word);
  • Mid-level experience with project/task management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Asana, etc.);
  • Fluent English (B2+), both written and spoken;
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
  • Confident in presentations and client training delivery;
  • Strong prioritization, analytical thinking, and planning skills;
  • High emotional intelligence, with a team-player mindset and focus on collaboration;
  • Self-motivated, feedback-driven, and continuously learning;
  • High level of independence with escalation for complex decisions;
  • Ability to manage a mix of integration and live mid-to-top tier accounts.
