Join our team as a Product Manager focused on risk and anti-fraud features. In this role, you will drive the development and management of our product backlog, ensuring alignment with platform goals and regulatory requirements. Your work will be crucial in translating complex fraud scenarios into actionable product initiatives.
About your key responsibilities and impact:
- Owning and managing the product backlog for risk and anti-fraud features, ensuring alignment with overall platform goals and regulatory needs;
- Defining clear product requirements, functional specs, and user stories with well-articulated acceptance criteria;
- Translating abstract fraud scenarios and risk mitigation needs into tangible product initiatives and backlog items;
- Analyzing data from fraud incidents, financial operations, and user behaviors to identify gaps and improvement opportunities;
- Monitoring KPIs such as fraud rate, time-to-detection, and others to guide product decisions.
Essential professional experience:
- 1-2 years of experience as a Product Manager;
- Understanding of customer development, product development, and business metrics;
- Technical knowledge in architecture and design of software products;
- Proficiency with task-ticketing systems (JIRA or others) and knowledge management systems (Confluence or others);
- Experience with prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch or others) and ability to work with data;
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and requirements management;
- Excellent goal orientation, communication, decision making, strategic thinking, collaboration, and adaptability skills.
