As a Senior Product Manager for Sportsbook, you will be a key driver in shaping the product’s vision, strategy, and execution. You will take full ownership of the product roadmap, identifying growth opportunities, optimizing performance, and ensuring seamless collaboration across multiple teams. Your expertise in B2B solutions will be crucial in delivering a high-value, customizable experience for our clients while driving strategic initiatives and continuous innovation.
About your key responsibilities and impact:
Product Leadership & Strategy:
- Developing and driving the overall product strategy in alignment with the company's business objectives;
- Providing visionary leadership to ensure the product roadmap aligns with the organization's long-term goals;
- Driving end-to-end product lifecycle management, from ideation to launch, continuous improvement, and scaling;
- Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth;
- Defining and tracking key product metrics, ensuring data-driven decision-making;
- Owning product backlog prioritization, balancing short-term improvements with long-term strategic goals.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Serving as the voice of the customer within the organization;
- Building strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and incorporating feedback into product development.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Leading cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, QA, marketing, and sales teams to deliver seamless, high-quality product releases;
- Coordinating multiple teams and workstreams, ensuring alignment on complex product initiatives and efficient execution;
- Acting as the bridge between business and technology, ensuring clear communication of product vision and priorities.
Strategic Decision-Making & Execution:
- Setting and tracking product goals, ensuring measurable success and continuous improvement;
- Champion a culture of experimentation, leveraging A/B testing and data analytics to validate hypotheses and refine product direction.
Financial Management:
- Maximizing the financial performance of products and ensuring a positive return on investment.
Communication and Reporting:
- Communicating product strategies, progress, and results to executive leadership and other key stakeholders;
- Providing regular reports on product performance and key metrics.
Essential professional experience:
- 3+ years of experience in a Product Manager role;
- Strategic thinking & vision development – ability to define a clear product vision and roadmap for at least one year ahead, aligning it with business goals;
- Proactive problem-solving – independently identifies opportunities for product improvement, detects bottlenecks, and suggests viable solutions;
- Product analytics & experimentation expertise – familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven hypothesis validation;
- Cross-functional leadership – experience leading and collaborating across multiple teams (development, design, marketing, sales, and customer support) to drive initiatives at scale;
- Ownership & autonomy – takes full responsibility for product performance, from ideation to execution, without needing constant direction;
- Strong analytical mindset – proven ability to research and evaluate industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to make data-driven decisions;
- Stakeholder management – ability to clearly communicate product strategy, progress, and challenges to both internal and external stakeholders;
- Experience in sports betting, gaming, or related industries is highly desirable;
- Experience managing B2B products is a strong advantage;
- Marketing & CRM knowledge is a plus;
- English proficiency: Upper Intermediate or higher.
