People Strategy & Planning Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Overall responsibility

Shape, coordinate and drive the strategic agenda of the People & Culture function, ensuring alignment with business priorities through effective strategy execution, planning, governance, financial management and delivery of strategic initiatives.

 

Primary activities

  1. Support the definition, deployment and tracking of the People & Culture strategy and annual priorities.
  2. Coordinate the OKR framework across the function, ensuring alignment, consistency and visibility of progress.
  3. Develop executive-level reporting and performance dashboards to support decision-making, while monitoring strategic initiatives, identifying risks and dependencies, and driving follow-up actions.
  4. Coordinate governance processes across the People & Culture organization, including the preparation and management of key functional forums and leadership ceremonies such as Town Halls, HR Forums, leadership reviews and strategic planning sessions.
  5. Drive communication and engagement initiatives such as newsletters and leadership updates, ensuring effective coordination across teams and fostering alignment and accountability.
  6. Coordinate the People & Culture annual planning process and roadmap, supporting budget planning, forecasting and financial tracking across the function in partnership with Finance and People & Culture leaders.
  7. Lead and support cross-functional strategic projects and initiatives, identifying opportunities to simplify, automate and optimize processes across the People & Culture function and driving execution from concept through implementation and change adoption.
  8. Prepare high-quality presentations and executive materials for senior leadership and support the development of Group governance materials, ensuring clarity, consistency and strategic storytelling.

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS

 

Experience

  • 4-7 years of professional experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, transformation, PMO, corporate strategy or similar roles.
  • Experience leading complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in performance management, planning, governance or transformation initiatives.
  • Exposure to financial planning, budgeting or business performance management is highly valued.
  • Experience within People & Culture / HR functions is a plus, but not required.

 

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Master degrees or other studies in data analytics, programming, as well as payments and technology is valued.

 

Technical Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and drive initiatives forward with limited supervision.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Advanced presentation development skills (PowerPoint or equivalent).
  • Strong financial and data analysis capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to simplify, standardize and automate processes.
  • Fluent Spanish and English.
  • Portuguese is valued.
