KEY RESPONSABILITIES

 

We are looking for a Database Administrator (DBA) with a strong innovation mindset to join our team. This role will be key in managing, optimizing, and evolving our data platforms, ensuring availability, security, and performance.

  • Administration, maintenance, and monitoring of databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL,etc.).

  • Performance optimization (tuning), ensuring high availability and scalability.

  • Backup management, disaster recovery, and business continuity.

  • Implementation of security policies, access control, and regulatory compliance.

  • Automation of operational tasks using scripting (Shell, Python, etc.).

  • Collaboration with development, data engineering, and business teams.

  • Support for modern data architectures (cloud, data lakes, data warehouses).

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS

 

  •  3-5+ years of experience as a DBA.

  • Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.

  • Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or similar.

  • Advanced database administration (installation, configuration, tuning).

  • Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

  • Knowledge of automation and scripting.

  • Experience with monitoring tools.

  • Experience with predictive analytics or intelligent automation tools is a plus.
