WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Product Implementation Associate, these will be some of the key activities in your day-to-day role:

Guide clients, partners and integrators throughout the technical implementation of Getnet payment solutions using APIs, SDKs, App2App and other integration mechanisms.

Analyze client needs, architectures, technical documentation and payment flows to recommend the most appropriate product configuration and integration approach.

Coordinate across clients, partners, Product, Technology, Commercial and Operations teams to enable smooth implementations from initial discovery through production launch.

Translate business requirements into viable technical-functional solutions, assessing scalability, customer experience, product capabilities, dependencies and potential implementation risks.

Act as a product reference point by developing a strong understanding of product capabilities, integration architectures, dependencies and limitations.

Capture and structure feedback from clients, partners and integrators to identify recurring friction points, gaps and opportunities to improve products and implementation processes.

Collaborate closely with the Single Entry Point team to improve APIs, SDKs, technical documentation and the overall integration experience.

Support Commercial teams in client discussions, discovery and solution definition, clearly communicating product capabilities, limitations and value to business, technical and operational stakeholders.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are in search of a Product Implementation Associate to join our team in Boadilla, with the following qualifications and background:
Professional Experience
-
5+ years of relevant experience in the payments industry, with exposure to payment solution implementation, integration or solution definition. (Required)

Experience working directly with clients, partners or integrators in technical-functional or implementation-related roles. (Required)
-
Experience within acquiring, PSPs, payment fintechs, merchant acquiring businesses, payment technology providers or payment solution integrators. (Preferred)
-
Experience implementing or integrating payment products, platforms, POS, Android POS or SoftPOS solutions. (Preferred)
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering or another related technical field. (Required)

Higher vocational qualification or alternative academic background supported by relevant experience in technology, integrations and payments. (Preferred)
Languages
-
English at a high professional level, with the ability to communicate in an international environment and work with technical documentation. (Required)

Spanish at a high professional level. (Required)

Additional languages. (Preferred)
Hard Skills
-
Strong knowledge of core payment processes, including acquiring, issuing, PSPs and PSD2. (Required)

Understanding of end-to-end payment flows, including authorization, clearing and settlement. (Required)

Knowledge of EMV, contactless, tokenization and payment security concepts. (Required)

Understanding of physical payment acceptance solutions, including Android POS, SoftPOS and mPOS. (Required)

Ability to understand and analyze technical documentation, architectures and integration flows. (Required)

Knowledge of integrations using APIs, SDKs and App2App mechanisms. (Required)

Understanding of REST APIs, request/response concepts, webhooks, JSON payloads and API/SDK documentation. (Required)

Experience using Jira and documentation or work-management tools. (Required)

Knowledge of omnichannel payments, wallets, alternative payment methods and Network Tokenization. (Preferred)

Awareness of emerging technologies and trends within the payments ecosystem. (Preferred)

Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, Go, Ruby or similar, with the ability to interpret code examples without being required to develop integrations directly. (Preferred)
