WHAT YOU’LL DO 

As a Talent Acquisition Sr Analyst, your day-to-day work will include: 

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for middle-management and technology profiles, from intake to offer and onboarding handover. 
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand business needs, define role requirements, and shape effective hiring strategies. 
  • Build and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified talent through direct search, networking, and market mapping. 
  • Assess candidates through structured interviews and screening processes, ensuring a strong match on capability, experience and business fit. 
  • Maintain a high level of stakeholder coordination to keep recruitment processes aligned, transparent, and on track. 
  • Use ATS tools and recruitment reporting to track pipeline health, identify bottlenecks, and support data-driven decisions. 
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in recruitment processes, candidate experience, and hiring efficiency. 
  • Participate in global projects related with Employer branding, diversity & inclusion, successions plan, etc. 
  • Work with external consulting partners and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of recruitment needs and service quality. 

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 

We are in search of a Talent Acquisition Sr Analyst to join our Global Team in Spain, with the following qualifications and background: 

Professional Experience 

  • 5-7 years of end-to-end recruitment experience. (Required) 
  • Global experience recruiting junior to c-level profiles, particularly within IT and Technology. (Required) 
  • Strong stakeholder management and close collaboration with Hiring Managers. (Required) 
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Greenhouse and Workday. (Preferred) 
  • Experience leveraging AI-powered recruitment tools, automation, reporting, and emerging technologies to improve sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, and recruitment efficiency. (Preferred) 
  • Experience in Executive Search (Required) 

Education 

  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Economics or related fields. (Required) 

Languages 

  • English: Advanced (C1 or equivalent). (Required) 
  • Spanish: Professional proficiency. (Required) 
  • Portuguese (Desired) 

Hard Skills 

  • End-to-end recruitment. (Required) 
  • Candidate sourcing and assessment. (Required) 
  • ATS management, preferably Greenhouse and Workday. (Required) 
  • Excel, intermediate to advanced level. (Required) 
  • Power BI or similar reporting tools. (Preferred) 
  • AI-powered recruitment tools and automation. (Preferred) 
  • Recruitment metrics and funnel analysis. (Preferred) 

Soft Skills 

  • Collaborative mindset, curious, motivated and team player. 
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management. 
  • High level of autonomy and ownership.
