WHAT YOU WILL DO IN YOUR ROLE
GETNET EU is looking for a Global Sales Manager for Multinational Accounts, responsible for managing business opportunities in Europe in the ecommerce business for the subsidiaries of multinational companies and facilitating cross-selling to Spanish and European multinationals of Getnet’s capabilities in the different geographies where we have a presence (Out-bound Business).
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of acquiring, ecommerce specially, card processing, alternative payment methods, and payment gateways, capable of working effectively in a highly regulated and competitive global environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Senior Relationship managers with their daily activity with clients and prospects; pitch review, client calls, stake holders’ engagement (product, legal, compliance), events and conference attendance. Responsible for an annual budget
- Direct report to the CEO in Spain, dotted line to the Head of Global Accounts
- Help local Multinationals sales reps per country to execute and implement locally what has been sold at Merchant HQ level
- Owner of annual budget from a TPV, return and risk point of view.
- Be responsible of generating the outbound business from Europe to the rest of Getnet geographies (Brasil, Mexico, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay)
- Main contact person for European relationships and events in Europe.
- Discovering growth opportunities within our footprint to help the team deliver on targets.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 8+ years of experience within a similar role
- English, Spanish are a must and other languages are also welcome.
- Experience in Acquiring/Payments or Cash Management understanding.
- Strong knowledge of eCommerce, along with the technical expertise necessary to support and drive sales of our solutions in the European market
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and drive performance.
- Experience working within a performance management culture with objectives and timelines.
- Demonstrable senior commercial experience in an international environment with multicultural stakeholders.
- Degree in finance/business or engineering related.
- Working with different countries and time zones in a very dynamic environment what implies flexibility to adapt to different schedules and timing.
