Finance Transformation Manager
Main Responsibility
The Finance Innovation & AI Lead will define and drive Getnet’s finance innovation agenda, leading the identification, prioritization, design, and scaling of high-value transformation opportunities across global finance teams. The role will combine deep understanding of finance processes with strong digital and AI fluency to improve efficiency, insight generation, control, and decision-making across the finance function.

- Align senior stakeholders around priorities, scope, business case, and target outcomes.
- Facilitate decision-making across functions and countries to remove blockers and accelerate execution.
