The Design area at Getnet is strategic and multidisciplinary.

Our team is composed of:

• Product Design: responsible for digital journeys and user experiences
• Strategic Design: focused on discovery, vision, and product direction
• Content Design: ensuring clarity, consistency, and conversational experience
• Design Analytics: connecting experience decisions with data and metrics
• Design System: responsible for visual consistency, scalability, and governance
• Design Ops: structuring processes, tools, and operational efficiency

We work closely and in an integrated way with Product, Technology, and Business, operating with a high level of maturity and a strong focus on measurable impact.

 

 

📌 About the Role

We are looking for a Product Designer to act both strategically and hands-on in the evolution of our digital experiences.

We are seeking someone with an end-to-end vision of the Design process, strong execution capabilities, and experience applying Artificial Intelligence to improve efficiency and quality.

 

Key Responsibilities

Act strategically and operationally across the full Design process, including:

• Discovery and problem definition
• Journey mapping
• Experimentation and testing
• Creation and prototyping
• Structured handoff to development
• Metrics tracking
• Continuous improvement cycles

Ensure visual excellence and systemic consistency, with active involvement in:

• Maximizing Design System adoption
• Component standardization
• Scalability of solutions

Rapid prototyping and validation of solutions using tools such as:

• Figma (including Figma Make)
• VS Code and/or Devin
• Other AI tools applied to the Design workflow

Work closely with Product, Technology, and strategic stakeholders to ensure alignment between user experience, technical feasibility, and business impact.

 

📌Requirements

• Solid experience in Product Design / UX / UI within digital environments
• Strong end-to-end Design process expertise (from discovery to measurement)
• Excellent visual skills and high aesthetic consistency
• Hands-on experience with Design Systems
• Experience in rapid prototyping using Figma and AI-based tools
• Proven experience optimizing Design processes through AI
• Portfolio or materials demonstrating capabilities and measurable business impact

 

📌Nice to Have

• Strong analytical mindset and experience tracking metrics to drive product improvement
• Experience in fintech, payments, or financial products
• Portuguese (Brazil) is a plus
