Role Overview
The FT Professional division of the Financial Times licenses FT content to organisations around the world, with clients across corporate, finance, government, professional services, education and media sectors. The ADR role within the CRM team will be responsible for identifying and having conversations with new collaborators outside of our key contacts within our bronze, silver and gold accounts in order to;

Help uncover new commercial contacts that can support the growth of the account in APAC

Pre-qualify leads and book appointments / call backs for assigned markets to help generate new business opportunities

Reviewing copyright in a systematic way by running monthly reports and identifying to CRM systematic abuse outside of the renewal timings

Supporting the CRM team with updating various accounts e.g. employee numbers, tagging, data cleanup etc. allowing CRMs to focus on revenue generating activities.

Liaising with clients to offer value by offering access to FT live events, for example, when opportunities become available.

Identify and recommend local industry events for CRM to attend in order to network with key collaborators of existing accounts.

Systematically identifying accounts for marketing outreach (Expansion initiative etc.) under mentorship from the CRM team

Proactive prospecting for new clients in the republishing sector

Pre-qualify leads and book appointments/call backs for the republishing team

May be required to support the new business team as and when needed

The role reports into the Head of Client Relationship Manager
What will I be responsible for?
Identifying and speaking to new commercial collaborators and budget holders within bank of business and identifying new commercial opportunities - for growing existing licences, uncovering cross selling and republishing opportunities.

Carrying out account mapping research of key accounts to support the above.

Supporting the CRM team with the various B2B initiatives and obtaining new collaborators

Assisting with setting up collaborator meetings for CRM team

Weekly reporting, including successful calls made and challenges faced
What Skills / Experience do I need to be successful in this role?

Articulate and tactful communication skills, particularly on the phone

Good questioning in order to uncover new sales opportunities.

Proactivity, readiness to learn and develop understanding of FT product offering and value proposition
