Our goal is to transform our identity management foundation into a strategic growth engine. • Co-design & Agile Animation: Animate the expression of user needs, co-write user stories, ruthlessly prioritize the backlog (knowing how to say "no"), and define acceptance criteria.

  • Delivery & Product Quality: Validate feature compliance (security and GDPR), measure the impact on user satisfaction (CSAT), and contribute to technical excellence via full CI/CD automation.

  • Transversal Collaboration: Act as the privileged interface between users and the technical team, lead agile ceremonies, and collaborate closely with front-end, Tech, Data, Support, and Design teams.

  • Data-Driven Steering: Design robust logging to monitor performance, translate business KPIs into high-performance backend requirements, and execute server-side A/B tests.

  • An investigative mindset, excellent communication skills to simplify complex tech topics, and resilience to manage a high-traffic product.

  • Fluent English is mandatory.

  • Bonus: Familiarity with CIAM, OAuth2/OpenID standards, GDPR compliance, and fraud prevention.
