Joining New Business means being part of an agile team operating like a scale-up within a major group, where every action directly impacts the future of retail.

YOUR FUTURE CONTRIBUTION

You will be responsible for ensuring commercial success and business impact by connecting our New Business solutions to the right users across various markets. Working closely with Product teams and local business leaders, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Shape (Positioning & Messaging): Redefine strategic storytelling for new business models across the entire customer journey. You will deliver actionable assets (Landing Pages, CRM, content strategy) to empower local country teams in activating our digital solutions.

  • Launch & Activate (Go-To-Market): Orchestrate impactful GTM strategies for new features. You will structure scalable launch frameworks (Playbooks) to accelerate time-to-market and engage the digital community through "Meet the Product" sessions.

  • Measure & Optimize: Conduct regular data-driven analyses to assess the adoption of New Business solutions and refine the product vision to maximize ROI and user impact.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • PMM Excellence: Proven expertise in product positioning and executing complex Go-to-Market strategies in innovative environments.

  • Business & Data Acumen: Ability to translate performance KPIs into concrete actions and strong analytical skills to measure activation success.

  • Power of Influence: Excellent ability to align and influence cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Business, Marketing) without direct authority.

  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: You thrive in the ambiguity of new models and are highly results-oriented.

  • Communication: Fluent in English (essential for daily international collaboration).

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Hybrid work organization;

  • Opportunity to work in one of the Decathlon Digital offices in Lille or Paris;

  • Equipment provided (Mac or Windows) in line with our societal commitments;
