Digital Product Manager - CorpOps Finance
Our CorpOps-Finance Team is looking for a Digital Product Manager on a Permanent basis, located in Lille
Decathlon's CorpOps-Finance team is on a mission to transform and optimize our global financial processes through innovative digital solutions. Composed of business experts, developers, and designers, our team takes on the challenge of making finance more agile, secure, and efficient. Joining this team means directly impacting the daily lives of our teammates worldwide and tangibly supporting Decathlon's growth and economic ambitions.
YOUR FUTURE CONTRIBUTION

Define and drive the product vision: Build the roadmap for internal financial tools in alignment with the company's global strategy.

Understand user needs: Collaborate with procurement, accounting teams, financial control, and treasury to identify pain points and prioritize the backlog.

Drive delivery: Work hand-in-hand with technical teams (developers, architects) to ensure the development of high-value solutions.

Measure impact: Track adoption KPIs, user satisfaction, and the overall performance of your financial product.
WHAT YOU BRING

Proven experience in digital Product Management, ideally within complex financial or B2B environments.

The ability to translate financial challenges (accounting, invoicing, cash flows) into simple and intuitive digital features.

Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills to unite multidisciplinary teams.

Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
TECH STACK
-
Proficiency in Product Management tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro...).

Knowledge of financial ERPs (e.g. Workday Finance) or Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
