Lead Support Engineer (f/m/d)

Our Order and Inventory Management Team is looking for a Support Engineer (f/m/d) - Domain Manager on a Permanent Contract based in Lille.

Passionate about logistics innovation, our team of 10 designs and operates the global digital solutions orchestrating Decathlon's order and stock flows. Our impact: guaranteeing the right product in the right place at the right time for our stores, warehouses, and marketplaces worldwide. Our challenges: accelerating the group's digital transformation, integrating new business models (circular economy, wholesale), and preparing the transition to SAP S/4HANA.

YOUR FUTURE CONTRIBUTION

As a Support Engineer (f/m/d), you will ensure the stability, efficiency, and evolution of our order and stock orchestration tools. Your core responsibilities include:

• Run Management & User Commitments: Organize daily ticket resolution, ensure service level agreements (stock accuracy KPIs, dispatch timing), and provide dedicated support during peak commercial periods.

• Incident Resolution & Continuous Improvement: Perform root cause analysis, enhance monitoring tools (dashboards, control towers), and automate recurring tasks leveraging tech and AI.

• Transformation Projects & SAP: Challenge upcoming product features with the project team, drive updates on our SAP ECC module (SD/MM), and help prepare the S/4HANA migration planned for 2028.

• Communication & On-Call Rotations: Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders during incidents or maintenance, and participate in on-call rotations for critical operations.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Education & Background: Engineering degree (preferably in Computer Science) or equivalent experience.

• Functional & Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of supply chain processes combined with proven experience on SAP modules (SD and MM).

• Automation Mindset: Passion for eliminating manual repetitive tasks, tracking data performance, and integrating AI into daily operations.

• Soft Skills: Team player spirit ("Play Collective"), clear communication, strong prioritization skills, and collaborative leadership.

• Languages: Fluent English is mandatory (daily international scope).

TECH STACK

• ERP / Systems: SAP ECC (SD & MM modules), S/4HANA roadmap.

• Monitoring & Data: Operational control towers, ticketing systems, and custom monitoring dashboards.
