Digital Product Manager - Workday Finance
Our digital team "Corporate Operations / Finance" is looking for a Digital Product Manager - Workday (Finance module)
Within the [Corporate Operations / Digital Finance] department, our team leads the deployment and continuous optimization of our Finance IT systems on an international scale. Our current challenge is transforming our global financial processes to support the group's growth. You will join a team of passionate individuals whose goal is to provide innovative, robust, and scalable solutions to simplify the daily lives of our teammates and drive Decathlon's financial performance.
YOUR FUTURE CONTRIBUTION

Strategy & Vision: Drive the product roadmap for your scope (Workday Finance module) and define the product trajectory in alignment with business objectives.

Product Discovery: Work closely with international finance teams to understand their needs, identify pain points, and co-design seamless solutions.

Delivery & Excellence: Coordinate implementation, participate in testing phases, and ensure delivery quality in an agile environment.

Change Management: Support end-users in adopting new features through workshops, documentation, and tailored communication.
WHAT YOU BRING

You have significant experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Functional Consultant, ideally within the Workday ecosystem.

You have a solid understanding of finance-related business challenges and processes

You possess a strong "Product Mindset": you are focused on user value, ROI, and problem-solving.

Your strong interpersonal skills enable you to bring together diverse profiles (tech, business, design).

You are fluent in English (mandatory in our international context).
