OUR BUSINESS UNIT: FULFILMENT LOGISTIC TRANSPORT & CUSTOM

Our Business Unit’s mission is to guarantee the fluidity and reliability of logistics flows, transport, and customs operations, serving both customer experience and sustainable performance. By joining this BU, you will enter a constantly evolving international environment where technical excellence meets team spirit and a culture of simplicity.

JOIN THE INFRALOG TEAM

The INFRALOG team designs, deploys, and maintains the infrastructure and networks at the heart of our logistics activities. Our role is to ensure the robustness, security, and scalability of the systems that allow us to deliver to customers worldwide. We work hand-in-hand with business teams and suppliers to guarantee availability, performance, and innovation.

The team is organized into three complementary pillars:

  • Network / Infra: Handles the design, deployment, and maintenance of network infrastructures (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, cybersecurity) and core systems (Workstations, Cloud, Monitoring).
  • Devices & RFID: Manages connected equipment and RFID technologies used in our warehouses and stores to ensure traceability and automation efficiency.
  • Partners: Drives the relationship and performance of our mechanized and robotic logistics systems. This pillar acts as the bridge between innovation, operations, and external collaboration.

YOUR MISSIONS

As part of the Partners pillar within the INFRALOG team, your playground will be the "nervous system" of our warehouses.

DESIGN & ARCHITECTURE (Build)

  • Steering Mechanization Partners: You are the primary technical contact for our strategic partners (Exotec, TGW, Dematic, Falcon) to ensure their solutions are maintained in operational condition (MCO).
  • Architectural Design: You define and validate interconnection solutions (LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, MPLS) between the Decathlon network and mechanized partner ecosystems, ensuring they align with our standards (Cisco, Meraki).
  • Technical Audit: You qualify architectures proposed by new robotic partners before global deployment.
  • Project Leadership: You orchestrate the Infra/Network aspects of site openings, extensions, or retrofits (e.g., WAN3 migration, new robot integration).
  • Innovation: You maintain a technology watch to propose evolutions (IoT, Edge Computing) that bring value to our logistics sites.

MAINTENANCE & RESILIENCE (Run)

  • High Availability: Your goal is clear: zero critical incidents. You ensure partner solutions remain robust and high-performing daily.
  • DRP Steering (Disaster Recovery Plan): You organize and supervise resilience tests (network failover, crash tests) with partners to ensure logistics operations never stop.
  • Obsolescence Management: You manage the hardware and software lifecycle (LCM) to eliminate technical debt.
  • Crisis Management: In the event of a major incident, you stay cool-headed. You lead the crisis cell with partners and internal teams to restore service as quickly as possible.

SECURITY & COMPLIANCE (Protect)

  • Security by Design: You ensure partner solutions are compliant (network segmentation, SSO deployment, identity management on WCS interfaces) to protect our flows against cyber threats.
  • Audit & Remediate: You regularly monitor the security levels of partner installations and lead remediation plans when vulnerabilities are detected.

PROXIMITY (Field Focus)

  • Field Culture: Because reality happens in the warehouse, regular travel (France and International) is expected to meet local teams, supervise deployments, and maintain a strong bond with our field colleagues.

YOUR TECHNICAL ENVIRONMENT

Network & Infra: LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, Security, Monitoring.
Supplier Management: Project Management, Contract follow-up, technical committees, external coordination.
Support & Operations: Ticketing and monitoring tools, incident and problem management.
Methodology: Agile project management, Crisis management, DRP/BCP.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Significant experience in Network and Infrastructure (knowledge of logistics environments is a major plus).
  • A true passion for Security (IT & OT). You instinctively think "data protection" and "access security" in every project.
  • English Proficiency: Minimum B2 level required for daily collaboration with international partners and our "United" teams.
  • Strong communication skills, autonomy, rigor, and the ability to stay calm under pressure (crisis management).
  • A collaborative mindset and a continuous desire to learn.
