Digital Product Manager - B2B e-commerce - Wholesale

Paris, Paris, France; Villeneuve-d'Ascq, Nord, France

Our Wholesale United team is looking for a Product Manager (f/m/d) - Permanent Contract - based in Lille or Paris.

About the team: The Wholesale United team is at the core of Decathlon's global transformation. Our collective (comprising Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers) has a clear objective: to build and scale a brand-new B2B digital platform dedicated to "Clubs & Entities". Facing the challenge of transitioning current channels into a high-performing autonomous purchasing ecosystem, our work has a direct impact on the brand's international growth. Join a passionate team where every voice matters in simplifying the daily lives of sports professionals!

YOUR FUTURE CONTRIBUTION

As a Product Manager (f/m/d) within the Wholesale ecosystem, your role will be to drive the web experience for autonomous professional purchasing. Your mission focuses on 4 main pillars:

  • Define and drive the Clubs & Entities web strategy: You will co-build the product vision with business and technical stakeholders, structuring a clear roadmap focused first on the initial pilot (R0) and then on global rollouts.

  • Lead Product Discovery: In close collaboration with UX/UI designers, you will conduct user research to identify the needs of our professional personas and validate hypotheses through experimentation.

  • Ensure scalable product delivery: You will prioritize the product backlog, integrating key B2B features while coordinating with cross-functional teams (B2B Commerce Platform, Web, Instore) to maximize technical convergence.

  • Optimize growth through data: You will define and track success metrics (OKRs / KPIs such as GMV, professional NPS, and engagement) to analyze user friction and continuously improve the web journey.

WHAT YOU BRING

To thrive in this role, you have developed solid skills in product management and possess a strong affinity for digital commerce. We value your unique background just as much as your ability to learn and collaborate:

  • Proven experience in Product Management (ideally within a B2B or complex e-commerce environment).

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure strategic choices based on data and market research.

  • A collaborative and unifying mindset, capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and international business stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies (backlog management, running rituals, experimentation mindsets, and OKRs).

TECHNICAL STACK

  • Product Management & Collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma for design tracking).

  • Data Analytics & Web performance tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Amplitude, or equivalent).

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Hybrid work organization;

  • Equipment provided in line with your missions and our societal commitments (Mac or Windows);

  • A local project team within a global network (international career opportunities);

  • Skills development and support (diverse projects, internal and external training, etc.);

  • Remuneration package (employee profit-sharing/shareholding, monthly/quarterly bonuses).
