Digital Project Manager - Supply Chain - Transformation Planning (f/m/d)

Our Supply & Material Planning Domain,  is looking for a Digital Project Manager based in the Upline - Villeneuve D’Ascq.

Within the Digital Value Chain teams,  you will be in charge of the stream “Transformation Planning” of the initiative End-to-End Planning.

This stream is the "heart of the reactor" for replacing SAP APO. It involves implementing the future Advanced Planning System (APS) and transforming the planning logic of our Master Production Schedule (MPS) & Material Requirements Planning (MRP). It also impacts the Dispatch and Demand perimeters.

YOUR FUTURE CONTRIBUTION

As a Digital Project Manager, you will be in charge of:

  • Implement Next-Generation APS: Lead the deployment of advanced planning tools to manage MPS (Master Production Schedule) and MRP (Material Requirements Planning).
  • Manage System Transition & Decommissioning: Oversee the secure retirement of SAP APO (specifically for Demand & Dispatch) while validating modern delivery order rules.
  • Modernize Industrial Planning: Transition legacy logic into a realistic, constraint-based planning model that mirrors real-world industrial capacities.
  • Optimize supply chain flows: Manage the technical and functional translation of the Business Processes agreed with our Supply Chain Center of Excellence.
  • Collaborate for success: Partner closely with onboarded teammates ( Digital Process Owners, Products Managers and Business Process Owners) to ensure a smooth and secure retirement of the legacy system.

 

WHAT YOU BRING

Experience & Hard Skills

  • Senior Leadership: 5+ years of experience managing large-scale digital projects. You have the technical depth to lead external integrators during a Blueprint phase without getting lost in the details.
  • Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of Supply Chain Planning processes (S&OP, MPS, MRP, DRP).
  • APS Deployment: A proven track record of deploying modern APS solutions at an international scale (e.g., Kinaxis, o9 Solutions, Blue Yonder ESP).
  • Legacy Systems: Strong functional knowledge of SAP APO to effectively navigate technical debt during decommissioning.

Soft Skills & Mindset

  • You have a proven ability to balance long-term vision with short and medium-term goals.

Stakeholder Management: Ability to confidently facilitate steering committees with Business and Industrial Directors, and provide firm, decisive leadership when managing external integrators.Simplification: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical architectures into simple, business-oriented concepts.Change Management: Experience driving international change management. Ideally, you have already contributed to a successful worldwide deployment.Growth Mindset: Agile, focused on continuous improvement, and passionate about collective intelligence and the industrial world.

  • You are fluent in English and comfortable working in an international environment.
  • You are passionate about sports and digital technology, and you love to share and contribute.

KEY OBJECTIVES (2026-2027)

  • Q4 2026: Launch of the Request for Quotation (RFQ).
  • Q1 2027: Selection of the solution provider/editor.
  • Q3 2027: Launch of the Blueprint phase with the selected partner (targeting xx% design completion by end of 2027).
