Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end App user experience, driving improvements in product distribution efficiency and user journey fluency
Establish App-wide product experience standards and design guidelines to ensure consistency across touchpoints
Lead user-facing design for innovative products (e.g., AI-powered trading), exploring new approaches to improve trading retention
Define user segmentation and conversion strategies for trading products to increase transaction frequency and depth

Requirements

5+ years of user-facing product experience; trading platform or fintech background preferred
Proven ability to take innovative products from 0 to 1 with hands-on execution
Platform-level product thinking — able to build frameworks and standards that scale team output
Experience with user segmentation and conversion funnel optimization; data-informed decision making
Strong cross-functional communication skills; able to drive results independently in complex orgs
