About the Role

We are looking for experienced and commercially minded Talent Acquisition professionals to join our global Talent Acquisition team.

As a Global Talent Acquisition Lead / Expert, you will serve as the strategic hiring advisor to designated business units, partnering closely with business leaders to drive workforce planning, talent strategy, executive hiring, and organizational growth. This role is expected to own talent strategy for designated business units, not simply execute recruitment requests.

Beyond delivering hires, you will be expected to provide market intelligence, influence hiring decisions, challenge assumptions, and help leaders build high-performing teams.

 

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Talent Partnership

  • Serve as the primary Talent Acquisition partner for assigned business units, providing strategic hiring support and talent advisory.

  • Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand organizational priorities, workforce plans, and hiring needs.

  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and influence talent decisions through data, market insights, and talent expertise.

End-to-End Talent Acquisition

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment across technical, business, leadership, and specialist functions.

  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent globally.

  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for both current and future hiring needs.

  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Talent Market Intelligence

  • Provide regular insights on talent availability, compensation trends, competitor hiring activity, and market movements.

  • Conduct talent mapping and competitor research to support workforce planning and business growth.

  • Advise stakeholders on talent market realities and hiring strategies.

Hiring Excellence & Delivery

  • Deliver hiring outcomes in alignment with business priorities, hiring targets, and recruitment SLAs.

  • Maintain a high bar for candidate quality and ensure thorough assessment before presenting candidates.

  • Manage multiple searches simultaneously while balancing speed, quality, and stakeholder experience.

  • Drive continuous improvement in hiring effectiveness, processes, and candidate experience.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above.

  • 6+ years of recruitment experience, either from a high-performing in-house Talent Acquisition team or a reputable recruitment/search firm.

  • Proven track record of hiring for technical, business, leadership, or specialist roles in fast-paced environments.

  • Experience in technology, fintech, digital platforms, financial services, or cryptocurrency industries is highly preferred.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively with hiring managers and senior leaders.

  • Skilled in sourcing, talent mapping, market intelligence, and executive hiring.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand organizational priorities and provide actionable talent insights.

  • Able to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining high candidate quality and hiring standards.

  • Comfortable working across global teams and multiple time zones.

  • Proactive, resilient, results-oriented, and passionate about people and talent.

  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
