About the Role 

You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and improving a technical program to ensure additional client work (that is, work not included in a site’s initial lease) is completed on time, on budget, and to exacting quality standards. Our clients may request this work before or after data center construction is complete, adding a degree of complexity in this program.

This role’s responsibilities apply over the entire project lifecycle and include a wide variety of activities, including requirements definition / documentation, design, procurement, vendor selection / management, work execution, and invoicing. This role is inherently cross-functional and requires top-notch collaboration skills to successfully work across internal Yondr teams and with our clients. This role is also responsible for the accurate and timely reporting of program information to support internal governance. 

 

Main Responsibilities

 Provide consistent best in class customer experience with respect to post-lease signature work throughout project life cycles:

/ Orchestrate the project specific client delivery team relationships.

/ Research and understand client core values and processes.

/ Manage any client requested change(s) during the development lifecycle.

/ Manage communications, project risk, meeting cadence and escalations required for the client team and Yondr internal teams.

/ Own and ensure effective client relationships keeping meticulous records from interactions, own action items and closed loop processes. 

/ Reporting on project progress to the senior client stakeholder.

 

Qualifications and experience 

/ Possess strong experience and knowledge in project and program management skills.

/ Preference for experience in managing client teams and understanding of datacenter hyperscale clients.

/ Good exposure of covering multiple projects with multiple Clients simultaneously across the region would be advantageous.

/ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. / Expert in running efficient meetings, tracking action items and deliverables, and ensuring closed loop communications.

/ Data center experience working for end users / developers.

/ Creative and passionate about creating solutions to customer problems.

/ Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision and hold internal & external stakeholders to account.

/ Flexible to travel to clients or suppliers as required of the job. / Able to build trusting relationships with various stakeholders in the most effective time frame.
