  • Challenge assumptions and influence decisions to drive cost efficiency and value creation

Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for G&A functions
  • Collaborate with budget owners to build robust, data-driven forecasts
  • Perform regular budget vs. actuals analysis, highlighting variances and recommending corrective actions
  • Continuously improve forecast accuracy whilst identifying financial risks and opportunities

Process Improvement & Automation

  • Improve cost reporting processes for better efficiency and accuracy
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise, and automate financial processes
  • Implement best practices to reduce manual effort and increase data integrity
  • Leverage tools and technology to improve data accuracy

Ad-hoc Analysis & Projects

  • Support strategic initiatives through deep-dive analysis and financial modelling
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects and business cases

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a corporate finance or FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) role
  • A good understanding of accounting principles, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Fluent in English with strong written communication capabilities
  • A collaborative team player with a high level of attention to detail

Nice to have

  • Experience working in a listed company or high-growth business
