Casino Engagement Specialist
We are on a mission to pioneer the world’s next era of play. As we grow across Europe and Latin America, we’re building The Playstack - the technology powering the next generation of sports, gaming, and fan experiences. Join us, and help make it the most widely used platform in the world! From operations, to marketing, to product, we are looking for talented people who will shape how millions of customers play, watch, and connect every day.
We are hiring a Casino Engagement Specialist to own the design, execution, and continuous optimization of casino promotional activations — with a primary focus on competitive formats such as leaderboards, tournaments, and prize-based mechanics.
This is a role for someone who is equally comfortable thinking strategically about *why* a campaign exists and *for whom*, and rolling up their sleeves to brief teams, manage tasks, and ensure flawless execution. The person in this role sits at the intersection of commercial, CRM, data, and marketing — acting as the connective tissue between all of them.
Why This Role Exists
Casino promotions, when done well, are not cost centers — they are growth instruments. Leaderboards and tournament mechanics in particular offer something most bonus formats cannot: **visibility, excitement, and competitive engagement** at scale, with controllable cost structures and strong provider co-funding potential.
To unlock this, the function needs a dedicated owner. Someone who does not treat promotions as a task on a list, but as a product — with a hypothesis, a target audience, measurable outcomes, and a feedback loop.
What the role involves
- Define the strategic rationale for every tournament and promotional activation, ensuring a clear objective and target audience before execution.
- Own and maintain the promotional calendar, balancing always-on tournaments with targeted and thematic activations aligned with commercial priorities.
- Design and manage different tournament formats, including always-on, segment-specific, and thematic tournaments.
- Partner with the Data team to define target audiences, campaign hypotheses, success metrics, and evaluate campaign performance before, during, and after each activation.
- Monitor campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and continuously improve future activations based on data, player feedback, and commercial results.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics, including participation, incremental GGR, commercial efficiency, repeat engagement, cross-vertical conversion, and provider co-funding.
- Collaborate with the CRM team to define campaign audiences, communication strategy, messaging, timing, and post-campaign performance analysis.
- Partner with the Growth & Marketing team to identify tournaments with acquisition potential and support promotional campaigns with clear commercial briefs and messaging.
- Work closely with the Commercial & Provider Management team to maximize provider-funded tournaments, align promotional calendars with commercial agreements, and support provider campaigns.
- Coordinate operational execution by managing tournament-related tasks, collaborating with Product & Tech, overseeing prize fulfillment, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and responsible gambling requirements.
What we are looking for
- 2–4 years of experience in online casino promotions, CRM, or a commercial iGaming role.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to define player segments, interpret performance data, and translate insights into commercial decisions.
- Experience managing multiple promotional campaigns simultaneously across different audiences and timelines.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Data, CRM, Product, Tech, Commercial, Provider Management, and Marketing.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to write clear briefs and articulate the rationale behind decisions.
- Experience working in a structured, data-driven environment with a focus on continuous optimization and commercial performance.
- Familiarity with iGaming regulatory requirements and responsible gambling principles is considered an advantage.
- Experience with leaderboard or gamification platforms is a plus.
- Exposure to provider management or B2B casino partnerships is a plus.
- Understanding of cross-vertical player journeys (Sportsbook → Casino) is an advantage.
- SQL or Business Intelligence tool experience for independent analysis is considered a plus.
