Software Engineer Intern - Developer Experience

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with the Developer Experience team to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of tools to limit production access, ensuring enhanced internal security.
  • Participate in the migration of the legacy front-end application to the internal admin panel, improving system efficiency.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on solutions to meet security and functionality goals.
  • Document project progress, challenges, and solutions, providing clear and comprehensive reports.
  • Present project outcomes to the team, highlighting improvements and future recommendations.
  • Continuously learn and apply new skills to contribute effectively to the team’s objectives.

What Are We Looking For

  • Basic understanding of web development principles.
  • Familiarity with Ruby on Rails is a plus
  • Knowledge of database management systems.
  • Awareness of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
