Senior Product Manager, Payments

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager who's passionate about building world-class payments infrastructure to help individuals and businesses move money around the world. You will lead core parts of the global payments platform that powers our Wallet and Platform products. You will be involved in driving the strategy and execution of our payment rails to ensure seamless onramp, offramp and settlement for our customers.

You will be responsible for understanding the motivations and pain points of our customers and their end users, so as to continuously enhance our payments infrastructure to meet their needs. You will support and mentor other product managers on the team, providing regular guidance and feedback. You will be a role model for others to emulate and set high standards for those around you.

What You Will Do

  • Work closely with the Head of Product to define the product vision and strategy for our global payments platform, particularly for our U.S. Dollar payment rails;
  • Develop a product roadmap to deliver seamless onramp, offramp and settlement capabilities for our Wallet and Platform products;
  • Collaborate with product and commercial team members to research and understand customer pain points;
  • Ideate and design innovative payment and settlement solutions to meet customer needs;
  • Track key product metrics to measure platform performance and health;
  • Integrate with bank partners and payment service providers to enhance our global payments platform;
  • Build internal tools and workflow automations to enhance our treasury and stablecoin operations;
  • Lead a cross-functional product development team to deliver the product roadmap.

What We Are Looking For

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in Product Management in a payments or financial services company;
  • You have experience integrating with banks, payment networks and services;
  • You have the ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience;
  • You have a proven track record of delivering measurable results for both users and business;
  • You have strong problem solving skills and the willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done;
  • You care deeply about getting the details right in order to ship a best-in-class product;
  • You know how to influence people to get things done across any function. People love working with you;
  • You are comfortable working in a tech environment with the ability to coordinate across several functions (Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Compliance, Marketing, Business Development);
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • You are familiar with Web3 and blockchain technologies.
