Regional Talent Acquisition Manager

Kuala Lumpur, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; Taipei, Taiwan

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned and self-driven Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team, with a focus on engineering/tech hiring and coverage across general functions such as commercial, finance, and operations. This is a high-impact individual contributor role, ideal for someone who works independently, partners closely with hiring managers, and brings strong insights into the Web3/crypto industry.
You will own full-cycle recruitment, provide market insights and reporting, and be a strategic partner in improving our TA processes—especially in sourcing and talent mapping. Fluency in Mandarin is essential, as you’ll engage with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and candidates.

What You Will Do

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles including engineering/tech and general functions.
  • Act as a TA Business Partner, offering counsel and strategic input to hiring managers on talent market trends and hiring strategy.
  • Own and execute sourcing strategies, with a focus on building pipelines for technical and hard-to-fill roles in the Web3/crypto space.
  • Provide weekly reporting and analytics to hiring managers and the Head of TA, using data to track progress and identify improvements.
  • Conduct talent mapping and market intelligence to support proactive hiring and better decision-making.
  • Continuously review and enhance TA processes, especially around strategic sourcing and candidate experience.
  • Stay current with Web3/crypto talent trends, bringing insights into how to attract and engage top talent in the space.
  • Collaborate with People/HR teams on cross-functional initiatives.

What We Are Looking For

  • 6–8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with solid exposure to tech/engineering and generalist functions.
  • Strong understanding of the Web3/crypto industry, including key talent pools and hiring challenges.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage recruitment workflows with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset; comfortable working with recruitment metrics and reporting tools.
  • Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Web3-focused platforms).
