Senior Product Manager, Stablecoin

About the Role

StraitsX is seeking an experienced and user-centric Product Manager to join our Blockchain team. As a crucial member of our product organization, you will be the driving force behind optimizing the user experience and core payment logic for our stablecoin offerings. This role is essential for enhancing the usability and compliance aspects of stablecoin payments within our supported networks. You will directly impact how users interact with our stablecoins, ensuring seamless, secure, and compliant transactions.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and maintain the stablecoin payments product roadmap, driving prioritization decisions through data analysis and market insights.
  • Deeply analyze and optimize existing stablecoin payment flows to ensure intuitive, efficient, and user-friendly transactions for stablecoin transactions.
  • Stay informed on relevant blockchain trends, token standards, and evolving compliance regulations to inform product decisions.
  • Own the end-to-end transaction experience of StraitsX stablecoins on different blockchains, from design to implementation and iteration.
  • Design and implement improvements to address payment and whitelisting flows, focusing on ease of use and security for our users while ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Thoroughly understand and translate compliance requirements, such as the Travel Rule, into clear and effective product specifications and user flows.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, compliance, and design teams to ensure user friendly and compliant stablecoin payment solutions.
  • Work closely with compliance and engineering teams to support the implementation of compliance-related features and ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements.

What We Are Looking For

  • You have at least 3-5 years of experience in Product Management;
  • You have prior experience in blockchain or payments systems;
  • You have familiarity with Web3, stablecoin and/or the broader digital asset industry;
  • You have the ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience;
  • You have a proven track record of delivering measurable results for both users and business;
  • You have strong problem solving skills and the willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done;
  • You care deeply about getting the details right in order to ship a best-in-class product;
  • You know how to influence people to get things done across any function. People love working with you;
  • You are outspoken and have the ability to communicate/escalate concerns and facilitate the right stakeholders in a discussion before they become issues;
  • You are comfortable working in a tech environment with the ability to coordinate across several functions (Product, Engineering, Business Operations, Compliance, Marketing, Design, Business Development);
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
