About the Role

As the Sr. People Operations Associate, you’ll be focused on the day-to-day operations and administration of HR functions. You are responsible for tasks like managing employee records, supporting benefits administration, handling onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations, and driving improvement initiatives.

What You Will Do

  • Managing employee records: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in HR systems(Workday)
  • Benefits administration: Assisting with the administration of employee benefit programs.
  • Onboarding and offboarding: Facilitating the process of new hires joining and employees leaving the company.
  • HR policy compliance: Ensuring HR policies are followed and updated to meet legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Employee engagement: Supporting initiatives that promote employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Project Management: Owning the day-to-day process and driving for Improvement.

What We Are Looking For

  • HR knowledge: Understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations with 3 -5 years of experience in a related background.
  • Strong organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Computer proficiency: Proficiency in HRIS software, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace applications.
  • Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to HR operations.
  • Soft skills: Empathy, patience, and the ability to build relationships.
